This is a good product, the matte finish is nice and it's easy to put all the pieces together, the problem is that the template in the instructions that you are supposed to use is a joke. If you use it you will drill useless holes in your truck's metal and you will have to drill more in the right place, the holes on the template don't even line up with the holes on the mounting brackets (see ) and the templates (two are included and it's impossible to know which one is for your truck) two of these are short and don't position the holes where needed. Once properly installed using a tape measure to check the correct height of the holes and staples to mark the holes in the sheet metal the extension works perfectly, is light weight and looks good.
