Review on Enhanced OTC 6731 Ball Joint Adapter Update Kit for Ford by Michael Skerving

I bought this tool to use with a discontinued KD ball joint tool. The tool fits very well and had no problems using it in the KD ball joint tool. The problem was OTS. The installation guide in the kit was last updated in 2004, it's now 2016, how long has this been on a shelf somewhere. I used it on a 2006 F350 4X4, two receivers fit in my ball joints and the other was useless to me in my application. Upon further investigation I then found that it is not only used in my model and year but is used on multiple cars and years and not all receivers are used on a specific car. I sent an email to OTC to find out exactly which recipients I need to work with my application and have not received a reply. But they sell a master catalog that lists what receivers are needed for each car.
