We ordered this product to replace the Garmin OEM adapter for the weighted beanbag holder on the dash. The package arrived in 2 days, so there are no problems at all! The difficulty arose when we tried to fit the mount ball and found that this new mount was too small. Since he was leaning on it with all his weight, even my husband couldn't force the part to snap into place. We ended up covering 2 parts with some candle wax and they finally snapped into place with a lot of effort. Now they are so tight that it is difficult to turn the GPS navigator. It is possible that the seat/hinge will loosen over time.
