I bought turn signals with "no hyperflashes" advertised. Unfortunately, they flickered too quickly. Since I didn't want to cut and connect resistors, I spent money on it. They hastily silenced the blinking. They work great now. You only need one for each side of the car. That means the load from the drag was enough to counteract the forward and backward flashing.
