It has been easy to train our office staff on this product and it integrates seamlessly into most any computerized medical record we have. You can do pretty much anything from one screen without having to navigate through menus or pop ups (which slows down workflow). Sometimes the interface looks dated but that will likely improve as newer releases are released -- just be prepared when upgrading because some things may not work immediately right after installation/upgrade. We use our main computer as an eMR system so all of our info pops up where ever we need it. Our insurance carriers (and payors) also utilize it heavily for their own purposes such as claim payments. It's easy enough that novices can figure it out quickly but has just about everything one could want or need from an enterprise solution like this! Nothing other than what we were looking at - price point & ease/speed of implementation was my only concern when choosing between multiple solutions priorly. As long as your needs are simple yet comprehensive then there will be little downside here. We're using ezbis almost exclusively now which makes me wonder why anyone would consider anything else.
