Before ordering, I didn't really pay attention to the size of the socket hole in the photos. I thought the holes were for the typical screws that cabinet pulls and pulls come with these days. These bushings have larger holes (just over 3/16) and as I said most knobs and knobs come with smaller screws that a 5/32 drill works great with. I figured the bushings should be able to use a drill and not have to mark the door/drawer and then drill. With larger holes, it is quite possible that when drilling, the hole spacing will shift by up to 1/8"! Another thing I noticed is that the edges of the cross ruler are very sharp, which I fix with a file and removed the edge to avoid cuts and scratches on the work pieces and possibly my hands! As mentioned, you can't make the drawer front wider than 16", you can't use the repeatable positioning feature of the jig! I have a Philips -Found a screwdriver that matches the size of the eyelet hole and I'll try to use it to make marks and then pierce through. It could be a much better tool with some simple rework. I have 30 days to complain for the Shipping it back so I'll test it and see.
