Good solid tool construction. But whoever chose the equipment was probably unfamiliar with the instrument. First, the lock washers are totally unsuitable for this tool. Second, the choice of nuts and washers is ridiculous. Kit includes 7/16"-20 nuts but no washers. The kit includes washers for M10 (or 3/8") but no nuts. For some reason there are 6 nuts M14x1.5 and only 2 M12x1.5. Null nuts for M12x1.25 or 1/2"-20 .
