I installed these on my 2006 Ford Ranger. To be honest I don't want to measure the ride height before changing it. Sonic doesn't know the exact amount, but they definitely add height to the truck. The back is also reinforced. Before, when I went to bed, the truck would fall a few inches. Now it hardly moves. I even loaded it up with 12 4x4s and 12 2x4s on the same day and the ride was a lot better. I would recommend jacking up the car and putting it on jack stands on the frame rails so the rear is fully lowered. I did this and made the installation very easy. I also pre-stretched the bolts with penetrating grease. For now I think it's a worthwhile purchase.
