Difficult to install

I have installed dozens of locks but this one tries to be easy which it is not. The twist instead of the design is terrible. And after 30 minutes of fighting I got it, but then the lock wouldn't turn. I took it off, cleaned and oiled the old one, and put it back on 30 seconds later. I will never buy this crap again.
