This hub works pretty well, I especially like the on/off functions. The only reason I took off a star is because the hub seems very light and a bit cheaply made, but so far it hasn't compromised its functionality. Also, this hub did not work for the purposes I bought it for. But it's hardly the product's fault, I just couldn't do proper research. I bought this hub to expand the available USB slots on my PS4. In particular, I bought it to be able to use two external hard drives at the same time, as well as a wireless headset that connects via a USB dongle. If you want to extend PS4 USB drives for external hard drives, DO NOT BUY THIS. After purchasing it, I found out too late that this hub would not work with an external hard drive. I've done a lot of research and it's still unclear to me, but to my knowledge no USB hub works with an external hard drive at all. The hard drive must always be connected directly to the PlayStation system. Some websites said a self-powered USB hub would work, which this product is capable of (although a DC power cord isn't included). But I'm not sure if I want to try this because when I tried to use this on my PS4 the error message specifically said that the external storage device needs to be connected directly. Otherwise it works with my headset and transfers enough power from the system to the charge controllers. So if you don't use it as an external hard drive, this is a great product.
