I love this set! It includes 12 colors: 01: Dove 11: Slate 05: Canary 04: Carrot 03: Blush 02: Candy 09: Lavender 08: Sailor 07: Breeze 06: Apple Green 10: Roasted Coffee 12: Dark Night Perfect for blending many shades, both muted and bright. The color itself is of good student quality and well pigmented, although it tends to be a bit more opaque. The only real downside is the shade of pink Candy in the box - the color is unstable and not at all fade resistant. Luckily all other colors are quite lightfast and you can easily mix a more lightfast pink with a red/white blush or just replace the whole pink. The glass is a small standard black glass with two recessed holes. in the lid and a fold-out compartment for even more mixing space. The area where the pan halves are has a detachable section if you want to use magnets or a bit of tape to hold the paints in place so you can add more pans. Even with all 12 half bowls there is room for another row of six in the middle or a pair of full bowls. The insert offers space for a sponge or a pocket brush. Overall, I'm very impressed with them considering how cheap they are (they were $21 when I bought them). worth your money.
