The small DISA ({one under the intake manifold) definitely will not fit a 2008 BMW 328i. The 2 hole DISA side will NOT fit. In the original part, these 2 holes are arranged at an angle to each other and in the secondary market from this seller they are straight. You need to contact Alibaba, Wholesale or DHgate where you go and tell them the form is not correct and not suitable for BMW 3.0L engine.
