Review on HB-UMLS Sabrent USB 2.0 Hub with 4 Ports and LED Power Switches for Each Port by Nick Singh

Works well, LEDs should be isolated better

I bought this USB 2 hub instead of a USB 3 hub, mainly to connect wireless dongles which can suffer from interference when plugged into the USB 3 port which is handy when troubleshooting compatibility or when devices need to be turned off and on again to work again, or simply turn off a device that you don't need at the moment. I connected this hub to one of my motherboard's USB 2 ports using a 10" USB 3 extension cable. Everything I've connected so far works fine: - Corsair Gaming K70 LUX RGB keyboard at any polling rate supported, including 1Hz - Logitech G900 gaming mouse (both wired and wireless receivers work, the latter also via USB pass – via K70 connector mentioned above, connected to a hub) – Logitech MK270 wireless keyboard and mouse combo, no connection issues when receiver was connected to motherboard – HP PhotoSmart 7350 printer via active 5m USB extension cable I subtracted a pass because it's hard to tell in the dark if the port is active or not due to the LED that illuminates the adjacent button is leaking. I wish they were better insulated. Otherwise it works well, the price is excellent, I have not found an alternative with separate buttons: I would buy more!
