Fits and works perfectly in my 2007 Honda Pilot EX-L. I found it much easier to remove the entire overhead console from the car by unscrewing all 4 mounting screws (2 under the dome light lens and 2 under the sunglass holder). Remove the two wire harness connectors from the back and take them to the workbench. Using a small screwdriver or knife, remove the assembly from the frame to remove the 4 ears (do this from the back). Note that when reinstalling, one of the two screws under the lens is for grounding, so it needs to be tightened (but not too tight) to make a good connection.
