Barely works, won't go under

I bought this stone thinking it would. Einstein. I bought four of these for my outdoor pond and only one has sunk to the bottom. Can you tell that I have too much air? Well, no, the stone doesn't even deflate to the end, although the air comes out of the stone immediately. As soon as the stone moves, all the air escapes. One of the stones worked fine. So with 3 out of 4 stones nothing works. One of the stones worked fine. If you need 1 work stone, buy 8. It's not worth buying.
