Love the Auto Time off

The family has neglected to turn on the fan when showering. This can cause rust on lighting fixtures or mold to grow if bathroom sits wet for long periods of time. When getting these installed you don't have to worry about a fan being left on all day, or not wanting to turn them on at all. Now the kids have fun turning them on, and they will turn off after a period of time. We have them set for 10 minutes. Perfect time to take a shower and then turns off automatically. Even though it is still just a switch, I hear the fan come on all the time now when the family is showering. Problem solved.

Pros

Countdown timer switch replaces standard in wall light switch, fan switch or spring loaded timer for energy saving, convenience and lighting control / fan control.

Cons

Not ideal for those who prefer dimmer switches or multi-setting options
