Software is easy to learn and navigate plus very helpful
The ability for one person at HQ or an entire sales team can easily set up multiple user accounts, allowing all their reps access instantly without having each rep log into another account (or worse - pay per use).
Some of our people were used only once before they got so much benefit out them that we had no choice but let go! If not addressed ASAP it will be difficult getting everyone back onboard later!! This software has been critical during COVID19 where most businesses have closed down/lessened operations due its benefits as well being able work from home remotely using this tool daily instead going face 2face every day.

- Easy to navigate UI
- Great support staff who is very helpful in resolving issues quickly when needed.
- Ability turn off specific modules you don't need if business needs change
- Works across devices which are either desktop PC's laptop PCs etcetera..(Windows OS)
