The only concerns I had when initially ordering were minor. I've read in previous reviews that the grip screw wasn't included (although it's not hard to remember to keep the old one) and that the lever wasn't threaded for the grip screw. That's how it was, although the screw was included and neatly stored in the envelope inside the box, I had to press a lever to screw/secure the knob. I recommend doing this after you've installed a new cartridge and tightened everything up. Otherwise, you may accidentally rip the cartridge case and go back to square one. This increased the water pressure enormously. Very satisfied.
