I need to replace my sliding glass door handle. I needed a keyless lock. This product seemed simple. The assembly dimensions were correct and it looked like a good sturdy product. What can go wrong. At first there was no table of contents, no instructions, not even a diagram, so I watched tutorial videos on how to install sliding glass door handles. Second, the product is made of good, durable material and the mounting holes were accurate, but the screws that came with it were too long. Third, there was no locking bar. If the screws weren't too long I still wouldn't be able to install the latch. Fourth, the declared color was almond, but the color or two parts were different. The product description doesn't say it's two tone. There was a problem uploading a photo, I will send it soon.
