Last weekend I used this kit to fix a leaking vacuum pump on my stepdaughter's 2013 Passat. Went like clockwork. Apparently everything matched the original seals that were removed from the factory pump exactly and went on easily with no problems. And best of all, it saved me a ton of money - my local VW dealership charged $1,200 for a "proper" repair, removing the transmission from the engine and replacing the entire pump. If the pump itself is working fine except for an oil leak, do yourself a favor and get this kit. Just give yourself enough time to complete it depending on your ability to work in a tight engine bay and the tools you have on hand.
