Review on BISSELL Eraser Upright Cleaner 27909 by Heather Smith

I'm sure the vacuum cleaner wouldn't be so bad if I didn't come across a broken one. I opened the box, collected a few parts, the vacuum cleaner does not rotate. There is no reason for this as I just took it out of the box and removed the bottom cover to check if the built-in structure is damaged, instead there are parts of the vacuum cleaner so damaged that the brush does not rotate. I will never buy from this again.
