Disappointed Good for tires and tubes
Well I've ridden 417 miles on the Minion DHF and the tread looks great but there are two holes in the sidewalls. I put it in my pocket, but it's toast. I was hoping the sidewalls would hold up better for a true double down DH tire. I'm not a great driver, but we have rocks here in the Rocky Mountains. Spring. Not sure what to try next but maybe Schwalbe, Conti or Michelin. Looking for the thickest sidewall I can find. I don't think that's all. I liked the rubber compound and the tread wore well here too.
