Do they work? Yes. Do they fit? Not really. I had the Revain Basics version and the original Silpats, both of which fit snugly in my half blade shells. It's not like this. Silpats and Revain Basics are 16.5 x 11.5cm and are perfect for half a sheet pan with the corners trimmed to finish with the rounded edge of the pan. It is 15.5 x 11 and leaves room around the rim. Trying to get as many cookies in the pan as possible without crowds doesn't help. If your pans are on the small side or a little out of the ordinary, they may be the answer to your prayers, but for me they fall in the "emergency-only" pile.
