Looks like a great scanner. These features make it a reliable scanner. So why the one star rating? It is said to work with Mac OS 11 (Big Sur). It is not. The attached photo shows the error code. My system is iMac 24" with M1 processor. OS 11.4 (Big Sur). CaptureOnTouch version 4.9.21.0518. Tried downloading the latest Big Sur driver. No luck. Rebooted between each attempt. It also wanted, that I keep downloading the latest version of the driver every time I run the scanner Even though I originally installed it, it wanted to install the driver with the same version number every time I stopped updating by doing "Check for updates" disabled when I manually downloaded the Big Sur driver I really wish it would work. Maybe they can fix the kinks for the Big Sur OS. If that's the case I'll repost this if I still have it haven't sent it back) and will change my rating based on the updated system Update: I've moved this from 1 star to 3. My way of working - for those who have the same he problem - I downloaded and installed the full software package Catalina (Mac OS 10.x). After a reboot everything worked.
