Within (6) months of purchase the unit began to function erratically (at least (5) pounds discrepancy based on three different sensors I had). After contacting customer service to explain the problem, additional information was required. After providing as much information as I could, I received another query that I didn't have the intelligence to answer, although I did to the best of my ability. Apparently. The information was not satisfactory and I received another request. At that point, I made the decision to give in and end this fiasco. I would never buy a product from this company again.
