I bought it based on the reviews and good finish. This is a heavy gauge gauge that I bought for my motorcycle. I loved this JACO Elite tire gauge when I got it and started using it! ONLY maybe 20 times ago, when I used it occasionally to check for a slow leak in my Mustang's rear tire, this gauge just stopped keeping tire pressure readings! Now it just jumps to the pressure gauge and instantly returns to ZERO. Or sometimes it drops to about 15psi and stays there! And sometimes it just goes back to ZERO.
