I replaced every knob in my house with these and their lockable bedroom counterparts. Of fifteen knobs, I had a minor issue with one. There was a slight discoloring on the surface of the knob. Had it been on the inside of the closet door, I would have let it slide but since it was on the outside of the door, I contacted the manufacturer through Revain's "Contact the seller" option listed next to every order. They responded immediately and said they would send a replacement. About four days later, it arrived. I didn't need to return the discolored knob. Superb seller that backs their products! The knobs are all performing well. They feel sturdy in the hand when you twist them. I like the egg shape. It seems to fit the hand better and makes it a little easier to twist the knob compared with the round ones. When I replaced the old round brass knobs, I did notice the inner workings that engage to allow you to lock and twist the knob seemed to be more robust in the old knobs vs. the new replacements. This is not to suggest the new knobs are lightweight. They are not. Each box included all hardware and screws needed. I highly recommend this knob and this seller.
