I've had this set for 2 years now and they are hands down the best frying pans I've ever cooked with! I follow the care instructions for the pots and do not use metal utensils in them, and I do not put them in the dishwasher. They work just as they did the day I brought them home. (Looks like another reviewer used metal to scrape the crap out of his mannequin). I cook A LOT and I love them so much that I bought my sister a mommy set the day after my second niece was born. She loves them and I also gave this set to my parents for Christmas last year. Dad was a die-hard cast iron guy, and now those cast iron pans are in the basement! All I can say is THE BEST PANS EVER!
