I somehow lost my old ball pump piston that compresses the fuel delivery device. So I bought another one. As you might have guessed, this is a Lumax LX-1345 fuel transfer device and I wish I had bought it many years ago. This Lumax pumps fuel really fast, no joke with the 3 GPM they advertise. While in the past it took 8-10 minutes for a ball pump piston to fill 1.5 gallons (it seems), this Lumax is no match for the rubber ball extrusion method. Another thing I love about this product is how you can easily detach the hoses when needed. They give you 2 hoses (1/2"), both hoses are 50" long. To attach the hose to the pump, simply slide the hose in and it simply snaps into place. To change the hose if needed and change the length, simply press the outer silver ring where the hose is attached and the hose comes out easily. I love this item.
