I would give it zero stars if I could. This product is absolutely worthless. Do not believe the five star ratings!1. The cameras did not connect if they were more than 30’ away even in open space. We had one camera literally 7’ away from the nvr but on the outside of a brick wall and it continuously dropped connection. All four cameras couldn’t connect at the same time. The cameras we did get connected had at least a 10 second delay from record to display.2. The repeater function would never work.3. The instruction manual is useless and the pics are so dark in it that you can’t see them.4. The quality of the camera housing is cheap. Just trying to mount the cameras was impossible because the screw holes were stripped.5. Customer support never answered. It literally just kept ringing. Then later in the day when I initiated my return I get a text on my cell phone from a number overseas saying "sorry I missed your call. What can I do to help?” WHAT? Is it a one man show on a private cell?!?!?!Bottom line, spend your money elsewhere on a known brand. Already returned this.
