I expected mediocre quality, but the product was pleasantly surprised.
Pretty good lens. Photos come out sharp. About light vignetting and a barrel-cushion at extreme focal lengths - true. Although I can not say that it personally upsets me a lot. Regarding the marriage - personally, on the 3rd week of use, the zoom ring jammed. At that time I was in another country and it was possible to repair it only upon my return. Very unpleasant. The service did everything in a week. Noticed another interesting feature. On my D5100, with a sharp decrease in FR, a breeze blows directly into the eye.) At 18-55, this effect is not so noticeable.

High-quality, fast accurate focusing, I used this lens on various expeditions and am very pleased with the landscape, aerial photography, if you have a tripod, you can take good night shots, now I will take a tele-zoom to shoot wild animals.
