Review on MySmartplans by Luca Washington

This is one of my favorite project tools for managing tasks at work. It's not perfect but it gives me all I need in order to keep track of everything going on around here! The only thing that could make this product better would be if we had more options when creating new sub-tasks or subtask groups (especially with multiple users). We've been using SmartPlanners since 2008 without any problems so far. Our team uses them every day as well as our supervisors who are able to see what each member has done throughout their shift. They also help us manage employee performance issues by allowing managers to view task completion statistics.
