MySmartplans Review

I like that we can keep track of our budgets easily by having all documents in one place! It is also easy for us as it has an automatic emailing feature which helps with communication between departments within my office when there are any changes or updates made about specific plans. The ability for multiple users to work together in real time is very helpful when it comes to project tracking. Also being able to have access to all of your documents at once makes things easier than having to go back and forth between different files and folders. Being able to track what you are doing with clients is great as well! I would like more customization options with templates but that's just me nitpicking. Have a file folder system set up and make sure everyone knows how they should

This is one of my favorite project tools for managing tasks at work. It's not perfect but it gives me all I need in order to keep track of everything going on around here! The only thing that could make this product better would be if we had more options when creating new sub-tasks or subtask groups (especially with multiple users).
