Review on Enhance Privacy with Design House 700492 Springdale 2-Way Adjustable Privacy Door Lever in Satin Nickel by Scott Schram

The only reason I got this door knob was because I was trying to get my son to sleep in his bedroom. He can't open doorknobs, but he can open levers. It was a beautiful knob, and it was locked! Ideal. I had to make sure my son couldn't come into our room when one of us was sleeping (my husband works nights) and the doorknob was doing its job. He can open it easily and we've had this thing for a few months now with no issues with it latching or anything. It still works just as well as the day we bought it. The only thing I disagree with is how to open the door from the outside. I think I prefer a real key. Instead, it's a small hole that you insert what's basically a small flathead screwdriver. Spring. I lost this little tool and now I have the only screwdriver I have to keep next to the door to open it when needed. Which hurts a little.
