Review on 📱 Optimized NeatReceipts Mobile Scanner and Digital Filing System for PC and Mac by Loud Forrest

I took my TIME and read the good and bad reviews. I have carefully studied this product. It seemed such a cool little gadget that would make taxes easier for my small business. I was so excited when it arrived! Well it was a horrible experience from the start. After spending my precious time installing etc. I started the process. I gradually set up my expense folders and categories using the "free trial" software they installed from the CD that came with it. Two precious hours later, I get an error popup from Windows saying "Neat has stopped working. Windows can't find a solution to the problem, so Windows will close the program now" (I'm using Windows 10 btw). So I'm like, "Ok, no big deal, just close it, reopen it and it will working again." Nope. Same error. Reboot and try again. Nope. Same error. OH GES! So I googled "Neat has stopped working". I get tons of google searches. I go up the neat website. They have all sorts of different instructions (and different "possibilities" for "why" this error might be occurring, but no clear reason!) so I'm trying various "fixes" including running C:/ programs/commonfiles/NeatCompany etc. I moved "Q-something" [I forgot the actual folder name] to my desktop as I said blah blah blah. Nothing worked. I googled the topic further (OBST! - I just want my tax pay again!). I see complaints about Neat on the Consumer Affairs website. I've read the complaints and they sound exactly like the problem I'm having. I read on to find out that their customer service is practically non-existent. Now I want to use my "precious" time to email and/or call a company that I may not get a response from within a day or two (if that?). Hell no! I went straight to Revain and started the return process. Forget it. Don't waste your "precious" time like me and thousands of others. How many people leave 5 stars? They didn't give the product enough time to fail before leaving a review (in my opinion). Or. i have a lemon Anyway, I'm not a happy customer. I sign up to do my taxes manually now. The brother.
