It just does what it's supposed to do. Unfortunately, this purchase is a repeat purchase, as I lost the predecessor despite the magnetic holder. So this time I drilled a hole in the side of the lip of the lid to allow a plastic zip tie to wrap around the hatch's hinge. The sunroof cannot be closed if the cap is not on the filler neck. <giggles>
