These pans scratch too easily (no metal used)
We ordered this set because we have benefited greatly from the previous Calphalon pan, but this pan started to lose its non-stick finish after 2-3 years . Although these new pans are labeled safe for use in metal utensils and in the dishwasher, we have established house rules to ensure they last as long as possible: wooden and silicone utensils only, and hand wash only. Do not use metal utensils, in less than a month these pans are already showing scratches on the non-stick coating. I want to love her, but that level of resilience is totally unacceptable.
