Review on KitchenAid 12.25 Inch Nonstick Fry Pan/Skillet with Lid for Induction Cooking, Hard Anodized, Matte Black by Walter Day

I have an induction hob and it has been a challenge finding different sized pots that will work with it. Few pots are induction compatible and most come in sets (or very expensive ones) that don't have the variety of sizes I want. I like the size of the pots which is why I bought it in the first place. But the quality disappointed me a bit. I learned a few things from other reviewers (they "sing" a bit, the grips get so hot you need a handguard), but I was surprised that the lids didn't stay in place when turned upside down and they are not interchangeable (even if you think they should be) and the coating is already starting to wear off, although we never use metal utensils on non-stick surfaces. We've only had them a few weeks.
