Exactly what I thought I ordered.
Not that I like it, it's just what I ordered, what I wanted, nothing more nothing less. Good quality, set screw threaded knobs, adjust by turning the knobs around the spindle, then fix the rotation by tightening the set screw. Includes handles, spindle and screws. Can't say anything bad about the products, they do what they're supposed to do, they look and feel very high quality, I would (probably) buy them again.
