The biggest benefit is the ability to see all of the information that is being used for decision-making. It's a very user friendly and easy system to navigate. It's not very user friendly if it's your first time using the system. They can make the system a bit more user friendly. It's a great system for small facilities. All the information is right there and it's very user friendly. I have to admit it's a bit pricey for a small company. It's a great system to use for small facilities. We use it to track all the different things going on in our facility. It makes it very easy to keep track of everything that is going on. The ease to integrate with other systems, ability to create custom reports, easy navigation between different screens for data entry. Reporting could be more user friendly especially if it's used by non IT users (i.e. office managers). Would like to see some updates in terms of new features added as well as enhanced reporting capabilities. Easy to use tool which makes life easier for our Facility Management team.
