Schumacher is a well-known brand name for almost everything electric vehicle/boat related. I tried this on my 120v Tesla, which is what I wanted to do when I ordered it, as an emergency charger if I need to go to a friend's house and can't get to the charging station/port. Happy to say it works great with my Tesla! I will keep it in the trunk as an emergency charger while the charger my Tesla came with was plugged in at home. Third party products manufactured today. I'm not worried about quality control with the Schumacher brand (my dad has been using a Schumacher charger on his boat for decades with no problem!) and would definitely recommend it if you need a spare for your electric car!
