Well designed and superbly finished cutting board
This is an excellent product. It has been designed so that the indentation on one side holds the meat securely, allowing the juice to flow out without overflowing. The other side has a large flat surface that can be used for slicing, etc. when cutting large pieces. pieces of meat. I used it on turkey for Thanksgiving and ribs for Christmas and it worked great. With my old cutting board, I had to put a folded kitchen towel underneath it to keep it from sliding on the countertop. I didn't have to this time. It's a pleasure to use. I'm so glad I finally broke down and bought it. It's worth the price.
