Review on WARN 92100 ProVantage Plow Assembly by Michael Jameson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Quality not included in price

Revain's installation instructions were blurry, but WARN makes it very clear on their website which pieces need to fit together, so be sure to check their listings. This part was for the front plows of a 2008-2018 Suzuki King Quad 400 and should fit several other bikes with the correct fitting kit, but check their mounting rails before purchasing. steel, and the welds are of high quality. CONS: The design puts a lot of force on the end point, resulting in a high risk of bending the plow tubes - this is certainly done to save the manufacturer money and is a poor design otherwise. . I also see that the plow angle adjustment doesn't work as there are some weak points that require more power, but time will tell (documentation for that part was terrible). The HD mounting kit should be considered mandatory, use 85243 for non-staggered kits and 85244 for staggered mounting. Review the brackets included with your specific WARN ATV bracket kit to determine which HD brackets you need. Other WARN products I ordered for this project (the WARN VRX winch and the WARN winch mounting plate kit) recently had some installation issues that made me question their quality. and meaning. I chose WARN as they should be better than Chinese alternatives; So far, the only indicator that has been higher has been the price. The big surprise is that WARN products also appear to be made in China, which might be fine once the QA is sorted, but this seems to have been overlooked on many of these products.
