I liked the color but not the typical sand, smooth and uniform in size. It was more like rough little stones, and it had small splinters in it that looked like wood shavings. I used it for art and these shards pierced my skin. I had to be very, very careful to pull them out with tweezers so they didn't break off under the skin. I had to sift out large chunks for consistency. Also, because of the tiny shards, I didn't dare use it where my kids could get hold of it. I ended up throwing most of it away because it was too busy for the kids to access. Because it wasn't sand and I didn't know if it was sand, I didn't feel like I could trust it to be non-toxic either.
