Review on MindMyMinistry by Doug Hawkins

I like that it's so easy! As soon as you sign-up, everything is there - no messing around with plugins or codes. Also, being able to send out reminders via text/email makes life much easier than having to physically go into my office manager. The only thing i dislike about mindmyministry is how difficult it can be when trying to logout of your account if you are not signed in properly during an event (e.g., after midnight). If this isn't addressed then they need more events because we have had many where someone has forgotten their login details before going home but still wants access to our site afterwards. We've been using mindmyminisitiry ever since starting at church 5 years ago and never looked back. We are using mindmyministry as our church's administrative software so that we can have one location where employees, donors info is centralized! The customer service has been amazing from beginning-to end of any issue I may encounter with them or their products!! Nothing yet but it looks like great platform overall. Great Customer Service team who will work anything out (even at 3am) - you guys rock. !
