This is my new favorite kitchen utensil. I liked it so much that I bought a second one. I bought it for its intended purpose, to wrap pots while cooking to keep grease from splattering on walls, countertops, other burners, etc. I also use it on a stainless steel table when cooking outside. It protects the side wall of my house from any kind of splashes. The product is non-stick and articulated as advertised. It's flexible so I can adjust it around my pan or skillet as needed. It stands well next to the dishes as seen in the picture. Cleaning is very easy thanks to the non-stick coating. It lies flat when not in use. This is a nice feature of the hinged design. I'm not worried about grease getting in through the hinge area. It's pretty tight. Everything is metal, of course, so I'm not worried about it getting hot next to the cookware. With this practical splash guard, my home stays much cleaner! Love it!
