Review on ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ Enhance Your 3D Printing Experience with YSF PLA 3D Printer Filament by Jonathan Brendemuehl

The thread had a single ball.

We bought this spool of filament based on a picture of a nicely wound roll. We didn't expect it to arrive in such beautiful condition as the picture shows, which is probably a good thing there weren't such expectations. It looked like it was wound like any other filament, but if it works and doesn't tangle, it's not a problem. From the moment we loaded the filament into the 3D printer, we maintained the tension so it didn't get tangled anywhere. It wasn't until we had a few layers on the spool that we had our first (and so far only) tangle, small enough to only pull a little but enough that the extruder couldn't pull the tangle. It might be worth watching the windings for a bit, but I suspect this was a one-time issue. We also had an issue where the filament appeared to be smeared on one of the layers, causing a visual blemish for the next few layers, but didn't appear to damage the rest of the print or affect the structural integrity of the print. which may be due to Ender 3, not a thread defect, but I don't have enough experience with threads yet to draw an accurate conclusion. The good news is that the filament prints very well and is very durable. Even single-layer surfaces (e.g. test calibration points) were glued very firmly and it doesn't feel like a cheap print at all. I printed a few upgrades on my 3D printer and all prints felt solid and chunky. The text can be a bit difficult to read due to its glossiness, so I'd suggest doing some test prints with the text to see if it bothers you. I don't mind having glossy prints, so it's not a problem for me. I would consider buying another spool if I needed more of the shiny black and while Tangle was an exception to the perfect thread series I would recommend it!
