I've generally had good luck with reasonably priced budget threads when ranked low to high. This stuff sold for $16.99 and was a few dollars cheaper than most other stuff. I decided to give it a try and really regret it. For the last four days I've been trying to print a part for a project with numerous failures. We bought this spool of filament based on a picture of a nicely wound roll. We didn't expect it to arrive in such beautiful condition as the picture shows, which is probably a good thing there weren't such expectations. It looked like it was wound like any other filament, but if it works and doesn't tangle, it's not a problem.
