Worst thread I've used so far. Does not set at all temperatures/settings and customer service is in the MIA zone

I've generally had good luck with reasonably priced budget threads when ranked low to high. This stuff sold for $16.99 and was a few dollars cheaper than most other stuff. I decided to give it a try and really regret it. For the last four days I've been trying to print a part for a project with numerous failures. I ran it with a 210 nozzle, 50-70 degrees on the bed and even 2.5mm/s for the first layer speed. Let it sink in for a moment. 2.5mm/s. it's so slow you boys! And that damn plastic isn't even superglued to a glass bed YET. At this point I'm really impressed with how bad this thread is. The model itself is neither complex nor difficult to print. It's just that this filament is so stubborn and bad that it won't lay down and has even jammed my direct drive extruder multiple times. Before you walk away and say my Z probe isn't working. No, that is not so. I have a BLtouch and have manually checked its alignment many times before starting to print. I've contacted support and asked for a refund but haven't received anything yet. I'm still within the return period so I can just return the reel via Amazon. However they won't get much out of the roll at this point as I wasted so much plastic just trying to finish the first layer on this large print. I've had some leftover PLA and PETG from other brands that lay down well when switched and print well (same model). It's just not the color I wanted to print in. garbage thread. We don't recommend wasting your time with it. Spend a few dollars more and save yourself a headache.
