It is easy and convenient for customers to find hotels for staying, especially for customers from outside of US or Canada. Their staff is patient and knowledgeable. They are helpful at all times. The service is great, it is the best hotel searching platform out there. I recommend this product if you want to use it as your business's tool. There isn't any negative thing i know about it but their prices can be costly for some users because they charge a lot in fees for every transaction made. They don't have a free plan to use and it is not cheap. You should consider their price before using. Great way to provide a room booking service for our customers. We are able to offer them great rates than other traditional ways of finding rooms. The staff are very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable of our business needs! They help us with everything from accounting issues - bookkeeping for example (our accountant doesn't have time) through website design/development etc so we can spend more productive hours as well working in what would be considered "office" space rather than at home offices or coffee shops!! We love that they understand how important it is not only having good IT support but excellent service delivery too.
